GUMDROP BREAD 
3 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. cut up gumdrops
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Sift dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk, and oil, add to dry ingredients and mix. Add gumdrops and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Makes 2.
