SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 pt. oysters
3 tbsp. cream
3 tbsp. milk
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. sherry
Salt and pepper to taste

Toss cracker and bread crumbs in melted butter. In an 8x8 inch buttered baking dish, cover bottom with 1/2 cup crumb mixture.

Cover with 1/2 oysters. Cover with 1/2 cream and milk. Repeat for second layer. (Use oyster liquid and oysters.) Cover with crumbs after drizzling sherry over both layers. Dust with paprika. Bake at 450 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 4.
