TERIYAKI MARINADE 
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 mashed cloves garlic
1 tbsp. fresh ginger root, grated
2 tbsp. sherry

Mix all ingredients and use to marinate beef, chick, or fish. Marinate 4-12 hours in refrigerator.
