1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. In second bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Stir pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture. Use a clean flower pot (you can line with plastic wrap). If you do not line pot with wrap, glue a penny in bottom to plug drainage hole. Place a layer of cookie crumbs on bottom. Alternate cookie crumbs with pudding layers ending with cookie crumbs (refrigerate). Before serving stick artificial flowers into pot, cover stems with plastic wrap.
