1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. one-minute oatmeal, uncooked
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. chocolate

Combine butter, sugar, milk, chocolate, and vanilla in a boiler over low heat. Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and beat well. Add oatmeal and stir until all oatmeal is coated. Place on waxed paper by tablespoons and let cool. Enjoy.
