1/3 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
8 oz. confectioners' coating (instant)
Chocolate for candy-making

Blend 1/3 cup peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Chill. Using 1/2 teaspoon mixture for each, roll into 24 balls. Place each ball into a 1 1/2 inch bon bon cup.

Melt coating and 1/2 cup peanut butter over medium heat, stirring constantly. Spoon into cups to fill. Chill. Yield: 2 dozen.
