COQUITO (PUERTO RICAN TRADITION) 
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 can (13.5oz) coconut cream
1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
1 bottle (10 oz) white rum (recommended Bacardi or Don Q)
˝ tsp cinnamon

Mix the ingredients in the blender. When finished put in a large glass decanter. Refrigerate and serve cold.

This is our Christmas, New Year and The 3 Kings tradition in PUERTO Rico.

The COQUITO comes out better if u do it with real coconut! all u have to do is to guayal el coco. Pu it in a clean rag and twisted so u can get the milk from it. For real is a better taste. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL.

My boyfriend's family is from Portugal, and when they tried last year for the first time they LOVED it... Definitley a must have at all holiday dinners... They can have their Port wine, Puertoricans own COQUITO!!!
