GOLDEN APPLE PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
Salt and pepper
1 bottle baby apple juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 lg. onion, cut in 1/8 wedges
4 med. carrots, quartered
1/2 head red cabbage, wedges
1 Golden Apple (Delicious)
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water

In a skillet, brown chops on both sides, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add apple juice, vinegar, onion and carrots bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add cabbage, simmer 15 minutes longer. Add apple (cored and cut into wedges) cook 5 minutes longer until apple is tender. Mix cornstarch and water, blend well. Remove all ingredients and stir cornstarch into broth. Return ingredients to pan until ready to serve.
