TAMALE PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 c. cornmeal
2 tsp. chili powder
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can pitted olives
1 can niblets corn
Sliced Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger and onion together; drain off fat. Heat 3 cups water to boiling and add cornmeal. Stir constantly until thickened and set aside. Add remaining ingredients to meat mixture then stir in cornmeal. Top with sliced Cheddar cheese and heat, covered, until melted.
