STIR FRIED SNOW PEAS AND
RADISHES
 
1 sm. bunch radishes, trimmed
8 oz. snow peas, fresh
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Cut radishes lengthwise into quarters then cut the 1/4's into halves. Trim stems from peas and remove strings. Heat wok over high heat until hot. add oil, heat 20 seconds then add peas and stir-fry about 3 minutes and add radishes. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes longer.
