COCONUT PINEAPPLE PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 small bag coconut
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)

Combine all ingredients in one bowl. Mix well, pour into 2 pie plates. No need for crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
