RHUBARB JELLY 
5 c. rhubarb, finely cut
1/2 c. water
4 c. sugar
1 lg. box strawberry or orange Jello

Boil rhubarb, water and sugar together for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Pour into jars and seal.
