RIESKA 
3 c. white flour
1 c. barley flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pinch anise seed
1 3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. liquid shortening

Mix well all ingredients and place on greased cookie sheet and roll flat with rolling pin. Brush the top with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
