CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. grated zucchini

Mix butter, oil, sugar together. Add vanilla and sour milk. Combine and add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add zucchini. Pour batter into greased, floured pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Do not peek.

Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips on top before baking or use a butter frosting.
