CHEESE CAKE 
Crust:

18 graham crackers
1/8 lb. melted butter
1 tsp. flour

Filling:

2 pkg. cream cheese (1 large, 1 small)
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake crust ingredients for 15 minutes at 325°F. Cool slightly. Beat together all ingredients for filling. Pour in crust.

Bake for 15 minutes at 300°F. Cool for 5 minutes.
