RUGALACH 
2 c. flour
2 bars sweet butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Sugar and cinnamon mixture
Jam

Using fork and knife, blend butter, cream cheese, and flour. Knead until workable ball and refrigerate. When ready to use, leave out of refrigerator for an hour.

Roll out dough on floured table and shape into small 2-inch squares. Using a very small amount of your favorite jam as filling in the center, fold.

Lay flat on a cookie tray. Sprinkle generously with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
