1 box German chocolate cake mix

Mix as directed. Grease 13x9 cake pan real good.

Mix:

1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Pat these two (nuts and coconut mixture) firmly into bottom of greased pan.

Melt together:

2 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Pour cake mix into 13x9 pan, then pour the butter, cheese and sugar mixture over cake batter. Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes then turn oven to 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes or until cake tests done with toothpick.
