PUDDING IN A CLOUD 
1 Angel food cake
2 pkgs. sugar free or regular instant pudding, any flavor
Cool Whip

Cut top 1/3 of cake off and put aside. Tunnel out cake (cut 1-inch in and remove 1-inch area). Prepare pudding as directed on package. Fill tunneled out area with pudding; over fill. Replace top of cake. Frost with Cool whip. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
