LILLIAN'S SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN
(Microwave)
 
1 lb. chicken cutlets cut into 1/2 inch cubes
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1 sliced onion
1 sliced pepper

In plastic bag toss chicken bits in flour and sugar to coat. Place in round glass dish. Microwave (high) 3 to 4 minutes). Pour liquids on top of chicken, top with vegetables. Microwave (high) 3 minutes. Stir. Serve over rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
