HOMEMADE COUNTRY SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. ground hamburger
4 tbsp. Mortons Tender Quick Salt
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Mix together and refrigerate. Take out and knead once a day for three (3) days. On the fourth day divide into fourths and roll out into long rolls. Place onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 150 degrees for 10 (ten) hours.
