EASY CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Combine first three ingredients in heavy 2-quart saucepan and let come to a boil. Boil for just one minute. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Stir until melted and pour on cake OR beat until creamy and thickened.
