BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

In saucepan melt butter; stir in flour, mustard and salt. Add milk gradually. Cook until mixture thickens slightly, until mixture coats a spoon. Remove from heat. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese; stir until melted. Stir in macaroni. Put in baking dish; top with remaining cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes at 370 degrees.
