OLD FASHIONED CRACKLING BREAD 
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. buttermilk
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. white corn meal
1 1/2 c. cracklings

Mix cracklings with dry ingredients. Add buttermilk and beaten egg. Bake 25 minutes in 450 degree oven in greased pan.
