INDIANA APPLE CRISP 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. uncooked quick oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Blend dry ingredients and butter. Put 4 cups of chopped apples in bottom of baking dish. Pour dry ingredients over apples and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
