MUSHROOM BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. box mushrooms
Bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp. dried crushed onion
Chopped parsley
Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Wash mushrooms. Dice and saute in butter until tender. Cool, then mix all the ingredients together. (The amount of bread crumbs you use depends on the texture you desire in your hamburger patties.) Form into hamburger patties. Fry or broil as you wish. These may be made ahead and frozen in patty form.
