HOMEMADE PICKLED PEACHES | |
2 (No. 2 1/2) cans peach halves Drain juice into saucepan and add to juice: 1/2 c. vinegar 1 tsp. pickling spices (found in any spice department) 1 or 2 sticks cinnamon Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and add peach halves. Will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator. Double or triple the recipe for large groups. |
