TUNA ON SHOESTRING POTATOES 
1 whole can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced onions
3/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 c. shoestring potatoes

Into a large bowl, separate tuna into chunks, add carrots, celery, onions and salad dressing. Toss until tuna is well coated with dressing. If needed, add 1/4 cup salad dressing more. Just before serving, fold into potatoes. 4 to 6 servings.
