1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 sm. can bean sprouts
10 slices crumbled bacon
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Combine above ingredients in large bowl.

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar

Blend these ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour over salad just before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
