PEANUT CHEWS 
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. white sugar
1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
6 c. cornflakes

Blend sugar and Karo in a saucepan. Bring to a low boil and boil until sugar is dissolved. Stir in peanut butter and remove from heat. Stir in cornflakes. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool and serve.
