SPITINNI 
2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut & pounded thin (3x3" pieces)
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 chopped onion, med. sized
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. grated Romano cheese

Mix all ingredients together and put a small amount onto each pounded piece of meat. Roll into small rolls and place on a broiler pan very close together. Take 2 tablespoons soft butter spread over top. Bake in a 400 degree oven approximately 20 minutes. Do not overcook or they will be dry.
