CHURCH STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/3 c. water
1 env. Sloppy Joe seasoning mix
1 can flaky biscuits (10)

Brown beef. Drain off all excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except biscuits. Cook until mixture is hot. Cut biscuits into four squares each and place on top of hot stew. Bake in oven preheated to 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

Serves 6.
