FRUIT PIZZA 
1 c. flour
1 cube butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar to taste

Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar. Pat into bottom of a round pizza pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside to cool. Blend cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar - spread on top of cooled crust. Arrange fresh fruit on top of pizza. Suggested fruits: strawberries, kiwi, grapes, blueberries, mandarin oranges. Use colorful fruits.
