RICE PILAF 
1 c. rice
1/4 c. diced onion
1 bay leaf
2 oz. parsley
3/4 tbsp. melted butter

1. Mix all ingredients in ovenproof dish.

2. Add 2 1/2 cups boiling chicken stock and stir.

3. Place covered dish in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked and all liquid is evaporated. Approximately 4 servings.
