SWEDISH HEIRLOOM COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. nuts
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vanilla

1. Cream 1 cup butter in 1 cup confectioners' sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

2. Add 1 1/4 cups of finely chopped nuts.

3. Blend in 2 cups flour.

4. Add 1 tablespoon water and 1 tablespoon vanilla.

5. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

6. Drop in confectioners' sugar while still hot.
