SCALLOPED CORN 
1 stick butter, melted
1 can whole corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes and 425 degrees for last 15 minutes. Combine all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish.
