COCKTAIL SAUCE 
1 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. grated horseradish
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. celery salt
6 drops Tabasco sauce

Blend all ingredients. Chill. Serve with seafood.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
