EASY MIX PIE CRUST 
This freezes well.

1 lb. lard, melted
1 c. of boiling water

Melt lard by pouring over boiling water in large mixing bowl.

Mix up until dissolved.

Add:

6 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Chill slightly for better handling. Makes 8 crusts (4 - 2 inch crust pies).
