LARGE PAN BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Put all ingredients in a bowl in order given and beat on low speed or by hand until smooth. (Do not overbeat.) Turn batter into 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes (no longer). Cool and ice with favorite chocolate frosting.
