ORANGE TART 
3 med. navel oranges
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 prebaked 9 inch pie shell

Cut unpeeled oranges into thin slices. Combine orange juice and sugar in saucepan; heat to dissolve. Add orange slices. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes until peels are tender. Remove slices and set aside. Beat together eggs, cornstarch, and salt. Pour in syrup from oranges in a thin stream, beating constantly. Return to saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring until thick. Cool. Spread in bottom of pie shell. Arrange orange slices on top. Chill before serving.
