1 pt. sour cream (commercial)
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Beat eggs and add sour cream. Add the dry ingredients. Mix gently. Bake on hot griddle.
