DIETER'S DELIGHT SALAD 
Lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
Tomato wedges
Sliced carrots, celery, cucumber, and green pepper
Cauliflower flowerets
Green beans, cooked tender-crisp
Red cabbage, shredded
1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans
1 (6 oz.) can water-packed tuna
1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and sliced
Sunflower seeds as desired

Prepare a tossed salad with the vegetables listed. Feel free to include any others that are your favorites. Drain water form garbanzo beans and tuna. Add to salad. Arrange egg slices and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top.
