SIMPLE SUMMER SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. ground ginger
1 lg. clove garlic, peeled and pressed
2 c. cooked spiral shaped pasta
2 tbsp. sliced scallion
2 c. cooked broccoli florets
1/3 c. sweet bell pepper strips

Drain pineapple and reserve 1/3 cup juice. Combine reserved juice, oil, ginger and garlic. Combine pineapple, pasta and scallion in large bowl. Add dressing, toss, cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Add broccoli and red pepper and toss well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve!
