CURRIED PUMPKIN SOUP 
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. each minced onion, curry powder
1/4 tsp. each ground cumin, ground coriander
Lemon slice
Plain yogurt

Combine broth, pumpkin, onion and spices in 2 cup glass measure. Microwave on high to boil (3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes). Add lemon slice during last minute. Serve garnished with a dollop of yogurt.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
