SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 stick butter
1 1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 c. water
2 large cans sweet potatoes, drained

Bring the first 5 ingredients to a boil. Place the potatoes in a well-greased casserole dish. Pour the boiling liquid over the potatoes.

Bake 45 minutes in a 375°F preheated oven. (About 2/3 of potatoes should be in or covered by liquid mixture.)
