TUNA FISH AND PEA SALAD 
1 can drained tuna
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 can peas (drained) or 1 box frozen peas, cooked
1 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1/4 c. American cheese, cubed
1 c. salad dressing

Combine all ingredients and toss lightly. Chill and serve on lettuce leaf. Garnish with parsley and tomato wedge.
