ORANGE MERINGUE PIE 
1 c. orange juice
1 c. orange sections, cut in pieces
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 baked pie shell

Combine orange juice, sections, grated rind, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook on low heat until clear. Add a little hot mixture to beaten egg yolks. Return to hot mixture and cook about 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Blend in lemon juice, butter, or butter. Pour into baked shell. Be sure filling and shell are both hot or both cold. Cover filling with meringue. Bake in 350 degree oven until lightly browned.
