CABBAGE LASAGNA | |
2 lbs. lean ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 med. cabbage, shredded 1 tsp. oregano 1 tbsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese Saute ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is brown. Boil cabbage until tender. Save 2 cups of liquid and drain off remainder. Combine 2 cups of the reserved liquid, oregano, salt, pepper and tomato paste. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. |
