1 c. popped popcorn (unsalted preferable air-popped) 1 c. bite-size shredded wheat biscuits 2 tbsp. raisins 1 tbsp. dry-roasted sunflower seeds 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon Mix first 4 ingredients. Sprinkle cinnamon over mixture and toss lightly. Yield: 2 cups (2 servings). Calories: 150. Food exchanges per 1 cup serving: 1 1/2 bread, 1/2 fruit, 1/2 fat. |
