1 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. Post Toasties

Cream butter and sugar, add flour, soda, vanilla and cream of tartar. Crush Post Toasties and add to mixture. Roll in ball - bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. No need to flatten.
