PORK B-B-Q 
1 1/2 lb. cook cut up pork roast (leftover)
2 stems celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2/3 c. drained sweet relish
1 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. brown sugar

Saute onions and celery. Mix together relish, ketchup, molasses, lemon juice and brown sugar. Add pork to onions and celery. Stir in brown sugar mixture. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve on hamburger rolls.
